Has anyone used a decompression table at a chiropractor? Please let me know. Thanks.

My husband did. It did not help his problem, but I think it might help others.

I personally did not but a good friend of mine has at Davis Chiropractic. This friend is now able to get on with life after much progress from decompression treatments.

I used one but the short amount of time it is used and only once a week was not very effective. I ended up buying a inversion chair, you just sit in it and strap in and flip. Started just a couple of minutes twice a day and worked up to 15 minutes twice a day. The first few times blood goes to your head and your ready to flip up after a few minutes but you build up each day.I believe it to be better then decompression table.

Yes, I am presently seeing a choropractor and using the decompression table for back injury. Looking into getting my own inversion table.
