So a wait of 5 months for a cleaning !!! Two days before the November appointment the Sumter office called and needed to reschedule because the Doctor was not going be in. Well we had already found another dentist, but I wanted to play this out , so took the February date. February came and we showed up for the cleaning, but we were told full xrays and evaluation . The cleaning could only be scheduled after we had reviewed their $15,000 proposal for implants and other work. So the new cleaning date is now June of 2023.
That's right -- one year for a new patient with Sumter Dental to finally get a cleaning
