Default Does anyone take Geritol Liquid Tonic with Ferrex 18

Just wondering if anyone takes the old fashioned GERITOL Liquid Tonic with Ferrex 18; a high potency multivitamin and IRON supplement.
A niece who is a vegetarian plus a close friend who is a vegan "swear" by Geritol liquid tonic. I remember it from childhood.....not sure if it's the same so I looked up the components.......obviously not all the vitamins and minerals are included.......but it's got a lot of iron. I remember my mom giving it to us in orange juice (as a liquid Geritol)......click on hyperlink below........

The Benefits Of Liquid Geritol | LIVESTRONG.COM

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 2.5 mg or 170% of daily requirement

Riboflavin(Vitamin B2) 2.5 mg or 150% of daily requirement

Niacin 50 mg or 250% of daily requirement

Vitamin B6, 0.5 mg or 25% of daily requirement

Pantothenic Acid , 2 mg. or 20% of daily requirement

Iron 18 mg. or 100% of daily requirement

No. Just a one a day vitamin supplement.

I would tend to think it would be good for women especially since woman need more iron than men,
