When we first move here, especially if we have an unfurnished house, many of us start dragging around furniture and lifting heavy boxes...and pretty soon back pain, sciatica...etc.

I have consulted chiropractors in my life, but usually head for an orthopedic doctor.

Can anyone suggest a good orthopedic physician?

I don't need one right now, but it would be good to know.
