Default New drug for actinic keratosis and nonmelanoma skin cancers

While in New Zealand a couple of years ago, I learned of an Australian weed whose sap was a home remedy for some skin disorders. I followed the research until the recent release of the medication, ingenol mebutate.
It's available now.

common name: Picato

research:

Ingenol mebutate: A novel topical drug for actinic keratosis

Thanks for the info. My husband has AK and has been prescribed various ointments and shampoos, which don't help too much. He actually discovered Head and Shoulders for itchy scalp works the best, not only on his scalp but on his arms, too.

Very interesting, do you know if any dermatologists in this area are prescribing this ?
