Dr. Martinez-Cruz' new office is located in Suite 206 of the Dana Center ("official" address 11950 CR-101 but actually located on Wedgewood Lane, directly behind and across Wedgewood from Bonefish Grill). His phone number is 352-750-6650. For now he's there Thurs --> Sat; as of May 1 he'll be there Tues --> Sat. We are DELIGHTED to have him back!!!

Yes we are delighted - a real doctor here in TV - Harvard and Mass General. He cannot advertise for a year, so word of mouth will have to do.

His office staff are also so pleasant and efficient.

Mayo Clinic is his hospital of choice!

Actually, I am told, the year is almost up now. I have no idea why he has been restricted in this way, but my gut tells me he must have been part of a "clinic" and probably signed on to a certain length of time with them.

I have been a patient of Rivers Family Medicine for many years, but my doctor Stephanie Walker left, the PA Glen left, several employees in the front office left, the nursing staff changed and I found that nobody knew me. When I called it took for ever for someone to return my call. I decided I needed to find another practice in TV and Dr. Martinez-Cruz came along at just the right time for me. Plus, I am from Boston, I know the Boston hospitals. All my life I saw doctors at Beth Israel. My husband had surgery in Boston. We were used to what we considered was the very best care available, so I am over the moon at finding a physician who has, and still is, affiliated with a major north eastern hospital.

I did a search for the best doctors in the area (before I read these posts) and he was highly rated from his patients, and when I looked up his bio on Google and saw that he was affliliated w/Mas.Gen.Hospital I said that's my new doctor!! :-)

Dr. Cruz has started to advertise again and he has opened up a new office near the Sharon Morse building. We were lucky enough to get an appt for my friend who just moved into the Villages and I'm looking forward to hearing his opinion of Dr.Cruz. I have heard nothing but great comments about him from my friends. I don't have his new address handy but his phone number is still the same.

I just made an appointment with Dr. Martinez Cruz. their address is 1400 441. It's a new office, apparently close to The Villages Hospital. Can anyone give approximate directions? I know my GPS will have a field day with this...

My hubby and I had an appointment with him on Wednesday and he spent a lot of time with us and we were VERY impressed. When he told me "I am honored that you picked me as your doctor" he really surprised us. I've NEVER heard that before from a doctor. We liked him and I would recommend him for sure.

I don't have the actual address, but he has recently moved to an office in the area of The Village Hospital. If you enter the main hospital gate from 441/27 you would turn to the left, and if you enter through the hospital main entrance off El Camino you would drive towards the back of the lot and turn to the right. There is a block of medical offices and he is in one of those.

Follow Madelaine's directions, and when you enter the main Sharon Morse entrance off 441/27 and turn left, go to the end of the parking lot and you will see a group of medical buildings straight ahead. Dr. Cruz is in the office that has Dr. Smirnoff's name on the building.

My friend has been going to him for 2 months now and he is very happy with Dr. Cruz. He has completely changed his medications and is feeling so much better. Dr. Cruz listens to his patients and follows up with all the referrals he gives you. I am considering moving to his practice also.
