What is "slow"? Are you an athlete? I walk 10 miles each week and bike (real bike outdoors) 50 miles each week over 6 days. My resting heart rate is consistently 48bpm. Doctor says I have bradycardia which sounds like a disease and something that needs to be fixed. It is the medical term for a heart rate below 60bpm. But, that is just a number. I shared my exercise routine and he dismissed it as normal for me (male 68yo).

I'm not telling you not to have it checked out. I'm just suggesting that there is a difference between "typical" and "normal". That is, it may not be typical for someone to have a heart rate below 60bpm. But, that does not mean it is not normal for them. Don't assume you have a problem. If you have no symptoms (no pain, no breathing problems, etc) and no other conditions, I say "stay hydrated and don't worry about it".

I don’t have a cardiologist at Villages Health, but have an Endocrinologist and one other specialist. Noth are very good and listen to you.

I assume since you are dispensing medical advice you are a physician. If not probably should keep such unprofessional advice to yourself.

So you are in network with the villages healthcare system. You see your doctor and they refer you to two different cardiologists which are in the TVH network. I’m somewhat confused as to what you are seeking. If the TVH offered up to you two in network doctors, check to see if they are board certified in cardiology and then do a google search on both doctors to see if there are complaints about them. Go and see one, check out the care you are provided. Everyone on this site will tell you the ones they like. Good luck!

I do not think you should be telling OP not to worry about it. Best to see a physician and let him/her tell you not to worry about it.
