Has anyone had a positive experience ordering meds from a Canadian Pharmacy. The drug is just too expensive here and I’d like to find out how difficult it would be to get it from Canada.

I had excellent service from this Canadian Pharmacy for several years. I used them until my expensive medication was available here in generic form. You can contact them, they are extremely helpful. And the price and service is much better than the local storefront meds locations. |

Search the Daily Sun. There is an advertisement a few times a week. Very small ad and they have a small storefront off campus.

If you are eligible for Medicare and drugs are covered by Medicare Part D, consider a Plan by Well Care. They have no monthly fee, and my current covered drugs are at no cost. |

I use Pharmstore.com for my expensive drug. Takes about 2 weeks or so from order to delivery. The cheapest alternative I have found even with the new cap. Was paying over $400 for 90 days with medicare supplement plan, now pay $124 for 100 days. Pharmstore.com was referred to me by my Cardiologist.

If this is a question regarding my post, I'll answer. I was under 65 when I used t h e Canadian Pharmacy I linked to, so I can't say about Part D. Currently, I have Part D with Wellcare and I get cholesterol meds through them at no charge. BUT, the medication I was getting through Canadian Pharmacy even though it's now a generic version, is cheaper for me by using GoodRx with Publix Pharmacy. WellCare is more expensive.
I think one needs to shop around for the best med prices. |

My wife has been on some medications that are expensivee and not on any Plan D formulary at a reasonable price. I have used 2 Canadian drug stores, the most recent being PharmStore. My multi-year experience with both of them was good with the drugs being shipped from Australia and New Zealand. This year, with the Plan D, $2,000 cap, we are using Anthem. The premium is around $58 a month, but I can get a 90-day supply almost anywhere, no BS, no mail-order requirement. Disclaimer - we are snowbirds so our zip code of record is not FL - YMMV.
Bottom line on the Canadian pharmacies we used are that they were easy, quick and would use them again in a heart beat. Hope that helps. |

DrugMartDirect.com, PO Box 515 Stn Main, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 2J3, Canada Love them. Literally changed my life. I should’ve always been on blood thinners, but the price was overwhelming. I get it from Canada for the less price for 90 days that I would’ve paid for 30. They also offer several different alternatives. Being new on Medicare I compared all of the drug offerings to my Canadian equivalence and there was nothing close. Their follow up and contact with the doctor is also extraordinary compared to anything I’ve seen here.

My husband and I have both used the Canadian pharmacies with no issues. Great prices but it takes a couple of weeks so if you do order from them, give yourself a few weeks of buffer with your current medicine on hand.
