Here at TV, I feel like we have been kept in the dark. We don't know what Villages have infection and which don't. Just rumors. That's really offensive, that there's a radio station and a newspaper and the only real news we hear about our neighbors is through word-of-mouth. I'm not complaining about the media. I'm complaining about the lack of information - and that comes from those in charge. Those in charge are terrible communicators.

I think we should know everything – every painful detail – since it could be a matter of preserving our health, even life and death. We don't need to hear the HIPPA excuse because the internet is already full of just the kind of data we need here and now. We don't need names, and we certainly don't need excuses.

I think TV has an affirmative obligation to inform us. We don't know what information is being considered while we wait, and wait, and wait. The virus isn't slinking away because we're all hiding from it. It's like a bear lurking around our cabin in the woods. If we don't come out for another month, it may still be there.

We need communication to inform our decisions.

Here are some things we'd like to know:

Villages where there are infections. Number of infections in each. Probable source.
Explanation of why facilities are closed in villages where there are no infections.
Discussion of amenities funds collection during shut down.
Doctors who are prescribing Hydroxychloroquine/Z-Pack.
Is Remdesivir being used?
What treatments are working?
Is there antibody testing?
List of all local hospitals and status of Wuhan Flu patients (Admitted, recovered, died)
What are criteria for reopening pools, racquet sports, softball, bocce, etc.?
What's the plan?

I apologize if some of this has been concretely published and I've missed it. But these are the questions that have been on my mind.
I agree. And also a new study shows that hydro chloroquine has more deaths for people on ventilators than just normal procedures.

Do you think anyone on this earth knows "concrete" answers about Covid-19??? It was first identified in November over in China. We know people over 65 are most at risk and that people over 80, 14% of all people who contract it are dying. The antibody tests have no restrictions so they are being sold without verifications from the authorities and now all of them are suspect.

When someone, anyone, is able to get valid data from "enough" people and when we can see how the virus runs it's course, whether it wanes in the summer like some similar viruses do, if when people are allowed to swim in the pools and use the rec centers if it again escalates, if the somewhat universally accepted information that it is far more infectious than the yearly flu is correct.

I think every living soul is anxious to see hard data. And everyone is blaming anything they can think to blame. And some wouldn't believe hard data if it hit them in the face.

We have a lot of theories. We have a lot of conjecture. We have a lot of rumors. We have a lot of ugly meanness.

There isn't much else to do but to "wait. wait. wait".

We have a lot of misplaced blame and a lot of unanswered questions. I certainly do not see the lack of answers as "The Villages" fault.
Societies under stress crack at their weakest points.

I don't believe I expressed an opinion in my reply.

I'm eager to see some of the studies of hydroxychloroquine being conducted now in New York.

Those numbers are county numbers. You'll see my interest was in specifics from the Villages government regarding the state of disease on TV. I don't think those numbers are being publicized, the location of disease certainly isn't, we are being treated rudely.

I saw that. It was very thin on details but it was good to finally see something. It's a start!

You're opposed to my blaming China for allowing (actually helping) the virus to spread, but you believe your own personal attacks on me are okay? That's interesting.

Oh no! I have heard repeatedly, on TV almost daily, this is a wonder drug.
