Ask your primary care physician. It their job to refer you to the appropriate specialist.

I would consult your local GP first. They can do an exam and get x-rays which will then allow them to recommend appropriate next steps.

As a nurse I say call your primary care provider and have them advise you. Could be you need orthopedic, then doctors at advanced orthopedic institute are great. Maybe is another issue, let them decide.
