Default Home Health Care

Our insurance plan is United Health Care The Villages and I'm looking for a home health nurse
that can help with my wife once I get her home from Skilled nursing home.

She has a ostomy from colon cancer, any suggestions would help.

Cheers!

Did you check with your insurance carrier for local health care services that are covered by your insurance and in the area? Once you have this information, then you can ask for any one with experience with these firms.

Also, the discharge planning department of the nursing facility should be able to help set that up...
