I was just there the other day too and for the same reason. I was also looking for a new cardiologist. I was being treated by Dr Brian Saluck from Citrus Cardiology in Sumter Landing. I was very impressed with him both in his knowledge and bedside manner. When I came home I called his office to set up an appointment.

Glad you found someone that worked well for you. Never heard of Dr. Saluck, but will put him on the 'like' list for when I go see my Internist tomorrow for a recommendation.
Someone a while back mentioned Dr. George Couturier a couple of times (I keep 'like' lists of Villages doctors, etc.) Can anyone on here recommend him?

I can't speak highly enough of Hector Garcia, MD. He is a fine cardiologist. His office is across 441 from the Sharon Morse Building. He saved my life.

I go to Dr. Couturier and would highly recommend him or his colleague, Dr. Shams. I worked with several cardiologists at the hospital and after making the mistake of selecting Dr. Alvarez, colleague of Dr. Garcia, I switched and have been very pleased!

Dr. Rivero and Dr. Miryala of Citrus Cardiology in LSL are fine doctors.

I go to Dr. Miryala and a friend of mine goes to Dr. Rivero.

Thank you one and all for your suggestions. Sounds like I have several fine Cardiologists to choose from. I love it when you can get good information like this from TOTV people. I can't imagine just opening up the phone book and choosing a doctor without a recommendation. Thanks, Rose
