Exactly how I act and move. Going to Active Rehab. Great place, but have to give it more time.

The Villages Health runs a balance class at Creekside, but I don't think they have any open right now. Keep an eye out on their website or give them a call. It's an 8-week course that includes discussion, information, resources, and specific fall-prevention exercises. Once you've completed it, you can do "alumni" exercise with them either at Creekside or live via Zoom.

my wife had that, the doctor had to throw her into her back 2-3 times to reset the crystals in her ear. it took 2 visits for hers to reset. sounds crazy but, true. and it worked.

I had acoustic neuroma only have one ear that functions. My balance poor at best and in pitch dark I can fall over if I can’t find something to put my arm on to tell my brain I’m up right.

What ManAboutTown and Village Dreamer posted above. Wife had the same issue. So did her sister. Vertigo-like sympomology. One visit for Mrs. EDJ, two for her sister. They performed the Eppley maneuver. A couple days later all was well and has been for over two years now

Agree with above, never heard of such a thing, was a skeptic. Convinced now.

Ear, nose, & throat (ENT), specialize in this problem. They gave special table to manipulate the crystals.
