Smile Preferred care Partners- 2 different plans??

We visited TV insurance today, and because husband has heart condition, he was offered Preferred Care Partners Plan, one for people with heart and diabetes problems. would receive 40 or $50 a month back, on premium, not the $99, or $75 other people are quoting.
what is difference between the two Preferred Care Partners plans? he doesn't have a lot of med appointments, is in better health now.
Internet access is very limited in this TV rental home, so any help would be appreciated!

You're talking Medicare Advantage Plans I'm thinking. If so, you should contact the group SHINE here in The Villages SHINE - Lake Miona Regional Rec. Center . This is their busy period and I think have extra meetings and times, maybe extra locations. The service is free, they don't (CAN'T) sell you a policy or even push one over another. They will analyze your needs and tell you the plans that appear to be the best for your situation. You will probably get the best info available starting with them.

Select Care Ambulance copay is $100, Secure Option is $200. Select Care Kidney Disease is $0 copy, Secure Option is 20% max. per visit. The Prescription drug Tiers are different. Select Care Tier 1 $0, Tier 2 $20, Tier 3 $60 Tier 4 33%. Secure Option Tier 1 $0, Tier 2 $45, Tier 3 95, Tier 4 33%. Select Care Vision reimbursement for glasses/contacts is $200, Secure Option is $300. Please PM me if you'd like additional information or comparisons.
