Shands (University of Florida) at Gainesville has an excellent multi-disciplinary Pain Management speciality group which includes psychiatry, medical, psychology, physical therapy, etc. Good coordinated approach by specialists in the field. Highly recommend that you check out if this seems appropriate for you.
Pain Management is at the Springhill specialty center, about 60 miles from TV.

Above suggestion is good one. There are a couple of good pain management doctors here in The Villages, why not try them first? Altho as a person with a chronic condition I do understand that you may need the more multi specialist approach that you will find at Shands.
