A relative broke a bone in their leg, had an operation where they inserted a plate + 6-8 screws, but insurance is denying doctor-ordered rehabilitation.

She's tired of the endless & largely unproductive emails, phone calls, voice mails, etc., back & forth between her insurance, hospital case manager, and doctor's office. She's not getting the amount of physical therapy she needs, and is likely going to return home & hope that she can private pay 1-2 physical therapist to come to her house to help with physical therapy.

If anyone knows any physical therapist in Marion / Lake county, I'd appreciate contact info.. Feel free to DM me.
