I would recommend Dr. Saul Rosenblum, medical director of the Santa Barbara Villages Health Center, but I doubt he is taking new patients. Worked with him 27 years and he is the BEST!

Do NOT use him for any medical ailment- His staff is rude and his wait times are super long
