Here is a quote from him, “So here’s, I think, the most important thing with the data: if you are vaccinated—fully vaccinated—the chance of you getting seriously ill or dying from COVID is effectively zero,” DeSantis said. “If you look at the people who are being admitted to hospitals, over 95 percent of them are either not fully vaccinated or not vaccinated at all. These vaccines are saving lives. They are reducing mortality.”

Also, how about stopping with the donor conspiracy nonsense for a treatment that works! Does Fauci have stock in the company?
“We want people out there, including physicians as well as potential patients, to realize the advantage of this very effective way of treating early infection," Dr. Fauci said. "Clinical trials have demonstrated that early treatment with anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies can reduce the risk of COVID-19 hospitalization or death by 70 [percent] to 85 percent."

yes, DeSantis is saying get the vaccine but he's make a huge show of opening the regeneron clinics. so that isn't really reinforcing that the vaccine is necessary. in a way, it's saying you don't have to get the vaccine because he's an alternate. I'm not saying to not have the clinics, but he's hardly beating the drum for vaccination while taking photo ops every time he opens one of these.

Monoclonal Antibody Therapy | Florida Department of Health COVID-19 Outbreak

Monoclonal antibody treatments can prevent severe illness, hospitalization and death in high-risk patients who have contracted or been exposed to COVID-19. These treatments are widely available in Florida.

* Treatment is free and vaccination status does not matter. If you are 12 years and older and are at high risk for severe illness due to COVID-19, you are eligible for this treatment.
* In clinical trials, monoclonal antibody treatment showed a 70% reduction in hospitalization and death.
* For high-risk patients who have been exposed to someone with COVID19, Regeneron can give you temporary immunity to decrease your odds of catching the infection by over 80%.

Do you need to test positive first. Does it do any good before someone has covid?

Please stop spreading lies about our Governor. He is vaccinated and asks all who can to get vaccinated. People like me, who have been advised not to get the vaccine, appreciate the governors information on what we can do should we get this covid.

God Bless our Governor. I meet with my doctor Friday to discuss this as a go to shoul;d the need arise. It is an option AFTER you show positive, correct? Can you get it; would it do any good prior to being positive?

Are you certain? I also have heard that if you are high risk and have been in contact with someone who tested p[ositiove, you are eligible.

Stop being so negative and divisive.

We had been vaccinated which reduced our symptoms. The weakness in the health system, in my opinion, is the initial Covid testing which is difficult to find.

Walgreens and CVS offer home tests. Swab in the nose, fifteen minutes you have the answer. Two tests per pack.

Even people who are vaccinated get covid, so having a treatment is good. He has been very positive about vaccinations from the get go. This is another way of helping and I appreciate the guy for being truthful and courageous.

Such a bitter divisive person. I will pray for you.

Do people realize that the antigens being recommended are components of serum and red blood cells from other individuals or even animals?

Simply amazing. Sad, but amazing.

I find it simply amazing that some are so willing to spread lies such as the Governor not being vaccinated. Are these people simply dark and divisive, or are they ignorant of the facts? Sad but amazing

Ok, my concern is the removal of trash, gloves, medical gear, etc from the building....drive over for yourself...go outback in the parking lot. They had a dumpster ( low sides) delivered and sitting out back of the theatre...we watched a fully garbed , masked, person with full gear...they throw the trash out in the dumpster with no lid, torn open bags, etc. of medical waste....we seen the wind blowing the trash, and birds. just wondering if they are disposing of it correctly and safely for the community?

I read that the monoclonal therapy was created from stem cells from aborted fetuses and the makers of Regeneron appear to confirm this. Hmmm.............:undecided:

That’s simply not true as he has done everything that he could to get the vaccines rolled out here and has strongly encouraged people to get vaccinated. He along with Fauci are pushing for this treatment as it keeps people from getting very sick, ending up in the hospital, and potentially dying.

The Governor of Texas had this therapy. HAH

I still don't know if any qualified studies are being done during this state wide sales pitch for regeneron, or if it's all anecdotal. Not talking about the rushed product itself, but is anyone verifying these treatments? And, why are people willing to take regeneron, but not the vaccine? They were both rushed, and both were just fully approved less than a month ago.
