Default Natural Ways to Lower our Cholesterol

In the contemporary world today, all of us are at high risk for heart diseases because of soaring levels of cholesterol in our blood. I find it important that we are well informed about the natural things we can do to prevent these diseases before high healthcare costs will cripple us trying to cure diseases that has no cure even today. In my struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight management with all the tasty foods around, I realized that ultimately what matters most is to have quality of life in spite of all imperfections we face. Last week, I found a very helpful book which I downloaded into my Kindle Library. It can be downloaded for free but I do not know until when it is for free. It talks about the effective natural ways we can lower our cholesterol levels. I hope the information can also help you like it helped me. You can download it from this link:

Default lower cholesterol

Thanks for the link. With Amazon Prime, I got the book free. I don't eat meat or processed foods and want to see what else I can do.

You realize there are no peer reviewed studies that even correlate cholesterol levels with CHD let alone show causation. I agree that eating right is the best thing you can do for your heart and arteries, but lowering cholesterol is not. You will actually find studies showing an inverse correlation with all death causes and cholesterol. Cholesterol is a component in every cell in your body. Without it you'd be dead. Remember the right thing to do 15 years ago was to not eat fat. Fat bad. Now some fat good. 15 years from now you will be told all fat is good (natural fats, not processed, hydrogenated fats). And don't even get me started on statins and the big green money machine sponsored by big Pharma and put into play by your local Pharma shill doctor.
