A year ago I mentioned on TOTV that I am willing to be a guinea pig for the Village Health system the developer was setting up. A year later, some of my skeptical friends have decided to come on board now. So far we enjoy the system very much. I enjoy seeing my doctor and meeting is not rushed and he is genuinely concerned about my well being. My wife had a doctor with holistic background as well but she left for personal reason but she was able to get another doctor though she hasn't seen him yet. Recently she needed to see a doctor and the center she has as home base could not see her but she was able to get an appointment same day at another center. All center can see her historical record which is also helpful. At the Open House the other week I was able to talk to the head honcho of the 7 facilities. I complimented him on the system but I strongly told him not to get involved in concierge VIP which charge about $1600 a year. My doctor I liked up north joined MDVIP so I had to find another PCP. But, as is say so far very good.
