I just found out what a professional runner did for this condition and it was gone on in 5 weeks.

I am sticking my foot in ice for 5 minutes and hot water for 3 minutes alternating 3 times and doing this 3 times a day. This is what she did.

If I am not better by the time I go back to the doctor on the 14th I will get a cortisone shot.

I desperately want to play golf again.

My wife is an RN so she was on her feet all day and had Plantar Fasciitis. She wore the boot to bed for almost a year as well as getting orthotics and never ever walking without them.
She always wears orthotics even when getting up at night and does the exercise without fail.
She changes her sneakers every 3 months and always buys the same kind.
Dress shoes are the always the type that can accept inserts.
She has been pain free for 3 years but continues with the whole regimen.
