Any recommendation for a proctologist or other physician for hemorrhoid treatment. The only proctologist I can find in the area is a Dr. Robert Gillon. Anyone have any feedback on him or other recommendations??

I saw Dr Gillon about a yr ago for hemorrhoid treatment. I was very pleased with him. Compassionate, understanding and made me very comfortable dealing with a not so normal situation. The procedure of rubber band treatment was successful. Just my opinion , but I had seen a Dr Padman prior to Dr Gillon and that appt & Dr is not one that I would recommend. I know Dr. Gillon personally. I have never been a patient of his, but I know him to be a fine man.

I used Dr Gillion a couple of years ago. I was very happy with his treatment. He accepts most plans.

I went to Dr. Gillion and he was wonderful. He made me feel at ease and was very professional. He also has a great staff.

Dr. Gillon is a wonderful physician. I would recommend him to anyone. He is compassionate, gentle, and an absolutely wonderful human being. I'm biased because I used to work for him. I moved out of the state and have yet to find another doctor with his mannerisms. I miss him terribly. Go see him. You will not be sorry.
