Default Quieting inflammation

http://www.womentowomen.com/inflammation/jointpainorarthritis.aspx

This is one of the very best, all inclusive, articles that I have ever read with regard to quieting inflammation, which increases joint pain.

In a nutshell, segments include weather sensitivity, foods, emotions,
genetic makeup, and even post menopausal arthritis, plus R.A., Osteo Arthritis, etc.

All very interesting.

I've sent it to all of my lady friends up here who are presently feeling this high humidity and dampness.......rain, falling barometer.....one minute we have the air conditioning on and the next we need the heat cranked up.
