Default reviews of Dr. Truesdale or other (gastro dr.)

Would appreciate any info on Dr. Truesdale. Or experiences with other gastro Dr's in this area. Issue is IBS-D. Looking for a dr. who is willing to prescribe tincture of opium, as this seems to be a solution for MANY who have tried everything else, (which is me). In the blogs, people that have tried it have said it is like a miracle, with NO addiction as it works just on the gut, not like other forms of it. Thanks for your input!

Know absolutely nothing about your problem or opium, BUT if you can get an appointment with Dr. Truesdale that is where you should be. He is excellent and highly recommended in TV. Treats my husband, my girl friend's husband and another friend of ours. One of his partners is my gastro doctor.

Have Dr. Truesdale for myself and hubby. Absolutely recommend him! He listens, always seems very knowledgeable and doesn't over react.

Dr. Truesdale is the best! Check out his credentials; very knowledgeable dr. with a wonderful bedside manner. Not sure if he would prescribe what you need but I would highly recommend any of the drs. in his group.

Thank you so much for your reply. Unless you have IBS, it is very difficult to relate to how devastating it can be, on you, and the people around you. She may be our Dr. of choice. Thanks again!

Can you be more specific since that is a serious accusation. I also heard Dr Truesdale is very good and my husband is very pleased with Dr Mathew who is part of that practice.

We've used Dr. Truesdale since moving here in 2004 and would not even consider another gastro physician. However, at the time I had my last colonoscopy a few months ago, he personally told me that he was no longer taking new patients.

That's all you are going to say? When, how, why...............all second hand.

I'm a patient of Dr Trusedale and would recommend him to anyone.
