Default Govt Retiree & Medicare & Tricare for Life

I am covered under Aetna as a retired government employee.

I also have Tricare for Life through my husband.

Do I also need Part B of Medicare?

I am a retired Federal employee and I have the Blue Cross Standard plan as my only insurance. I save thousands of dollars in premiums by not having Medicare Part B. There are other threads on this topic. Do a search.

without medicare A and B, tricare for life is only useful on military installations.

the combination of A , B and tricare for life is great coverage.

btw, never drop your retiree fehb, just suspend it. an option for people with tricare.
