Default Sports massage recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for sport masseur/masseuse. I want a deep tissue massage to deal with knots, NOT a soothing one. I will need to get there by golf cart only and hopefully not too far from Orange Blossom Village. Please don't tell me to search the web, I want personal input from Villagers who overdo their exercising and have found helpful therapy.

I saw a great woman at the end of 2019. Can't remember her name right now. Don't know if she's still there. Call there and tell them what you want.

I went to Legacy Chiropractic for 3 weeks and spent $1900 for a bad back, I can't say if their massages are good or bad, but I wasted my money on their chiropractic services. What was funny was I had asked them twice, do you think there is any benefit to an inversion table, and they said, absolutely none. I've been using a Teeter Inversion now for 3 years and 2 months, and all my back pain went away.

Tuscany Salon and Spa in Lake Sumter Landing.
They have a complete, very private spa on their second floor.
One can get one of several massage venues ranging from feel good to deep, sports enhancing massage. They will match the need with appropriate technician.

I have a wonderful gal who comes to your house. She used to work at Legacy Chiropractic and MVP before going out on her own. I have used her for at least 3 years. She will definitely undo your known knots along with some you didn't realize you had until she began! Call/text her - Christi 352-292-2854.
