I am we'll aware that there are some illnesses that are unavoidable, but this Canadian advertisement made me want to make some changes. What do my friends on TOTV think?

Remember it said the "average Canadian will spend their 'last' 10 years..."

That should not be a reevaluation as it is no doubt true of thie average American, et al.

What to do about it. We here in TV are not the Average American!!
And by virtue of living in TV you are already doing something about "it".

Eat right, be as active as humanly possible for your age, smile, love your fellow man and don't drive in TV

When you want to share a video from youtube, you hit the "share" icon and the cut and paste to where you want it.

I hope this helps you.

I don't think it means much without any instruction as to what lifestyle changes people should be making.

What proof do you have that we in The Villages are so much better? The biased Villages survey? Only a fraction of Villagers completed the survey. Just look around at all the overweight people. We may be better than the poor/uneducated people of the big (inner) cities. Is that anything to be smug about?

And what does "eat right" mean? Eat a good quality pizza? Low sodium chips? Low fat ice cream?
