Default Villages Eye Institute

Has anyone had any experiences, both good and bad, with the Villages Eye Institute? My insurance carrier suggests I use them for my cataract surgery.

If this is the one with Preferred Care Partners I've been to them. You first see their doctor who is an optometrist then there is a referral to the eye surgeon. I have cataracts myself but they aren't bad enough yet for the surgery.

So far, I have no complaints. I did need new glasses and I purchased them from the boutique that's right there. PCP allows $200.00 towards them just as an FYI.

A few months ago, I had what I thought was an infection (conjunctivitis) so called and got in that day, though I had to wait quite awhile to be seen as those with appointments took precedence.
