I am a boomer and the child of an American serviceman and a German woman. Both parents served their natal countries in WWII -- and they found each other as a result of the political and military realities of the early 1950's. Consider myself a social liberal and fiscal conservative-- thus an independent when it comes to making political choices. Biggest issues: true equality for all, right to choose both life and death, flat-taxer, supporter of any health plan that covers all. My greatest achievements are being a father to my son; a loving brother, in-law, and uncle; and caring son. Retired from the AF and corporate work ; thriving after a stroke required me to relearn EVERYTHING; and using my planning skills to help non-profit organizations when asked.
