    Good morning, Don

May I trouble with a couple of questions ?

    1. Are there any actual HOA’s in The Villages that actually pay HOA dues instead of the usual amenity fees through their CDDs ?

    2. Is there a site whereby you can type in an address and it tells you what village the home is in ?

Thanks for your reply and for your videos ….

Hello Don - I wanted to ask you a question relating to the use of the name THE VILLAGES in social clubs. We were told at Savannah center that we could no longer use part of out club name...THE VILLAGES nurses club because THE VILLAGES IS COPYRIGHTED. We are under the impression we need to change the name perhaps just VILLAGES NURSES CLUB. As a district rep can you shed any light on this statement...for example, when does it have to be implemented, how strict are the change requirements (for example black out THE on our badges). And why has this come up now since we have been around for 20 years! Thank you for any light you can shed on this matter...Lyn McElwee, Village of Glenbrook

    Hi Don,
While I know that you are now working for us on the county level, I have a question about a concern on The Villages level. I live on Deskin Lane with the back of my property on the Wildlife corridor. The Villages maintains the fence and cutting the grass on both sides of the water. To be clear there are no trees in the water. However, there is now plant life growing up in the center of the canal. Who should I talk with to address getting rid of this plant life? Since we are away from public view, I am guessing that this waterway is less of a concern than the more visible ponds etc.

Sorry to bother you since your responsibilities lie elsewhere.

    Thanks,

    Dave Tennent

I have enjoyed your information about the Villages and all of their fees. My question is from talking to those that have been here a while that The Villages was suppose to stop developing at a certain point and maintain what we have, which would be even more cost affective. What happened to this concept?

    Hello,
Thanks for the video about future golf. Hopefully your correct about the 2 potential executive courses that would be close to Hawkins (once the old bridge is expanded for golf carts). With all the new homes going in south of 44 and north of turnpike I can’t imagine them not having an easily accessible executive course. That’s what this community was built on.

I’ve seen many of your videos...you do a great job!
