It would be worth having the brushes in your cart checked for that speed problem. It actually happened to me twice now that I think of it and the last cart I had was a Precedent. I couldn't keep up with anyone especially on upgrades and I had brand new batteries put in etc and it didn't help. So I traded it in and bought a Yamaha gas. They found that it had bad brushes and I could have kicked myself because if I had thought of it, I could have had it fixed and would have never traded it in. Could have saved myself some money. Apparently my mechanic had not checked that. Just my opinion but worth mentioning. I would be curious - keep us posted.
