Good morning, Yes, in the States now and living immediately North of Dallas, TX while entertaining the notion of a new home in TV. During our last visit we toured Chitty Chatty and thought it was absolutely beautiful and the ideal location for us both. The current lack of retail establishments gave us pause but on further consideration, we've concluded that, on balance, it's the best compromise. No, we only just visited in March so, wasn't us. Very keen to make the acquaintance of other Brits however so to ease the cultural transition. Too bad about the pubs but I've heard there are several cricket fields nearby. HaHa. That will help. Sorry to hear of your construction delays.
Hello Ashley, Thanks very much for your note. I was born here in the States but raised by my nan in the South (Gillingham, Kent). I worked for many years in the City for a financial firm whilst living in South Kensington. Pleased to make your acquaintance. How are finding the Villages? During our recent visit i searched everywhere for a proper pub!
Hello Ashley,
I am not sure what site you use to rent when you make your way to TV but VillagersHomes4rent is the best. My wife and I have signed a rental agreement for December 2020 listing number 6110 on that site fifteen day for $800 USD. Take care hope all is well.

Hi Nancy
We have only visited once, but I have been researching every day TV for the past year.
Also we visited places all over the world
I did have a place on H27/192 Disney - but it never got built - the developer was a con man and is now in jail leaving 695 victims & $23m missing deposits.so we were double careful about this developer. Looking forward to our trip in 2020 to finalise our home choices - then last few years at work before early retirement (Im only 53 í ½í¸ƒ, but the I am also a toy boy for my wife who is old enough to live in TV. No doubt our paths will cross in the years to come.
Hello Ashley,
Thank you for writing. I sent your entire blog to our friends in Surrey. They have been to TV twice and plan to return in 2021.
I thought they would find your words interesting while now trying to get in some relaxation after the trying election and Brexit stress. Sue said it was very cold today otherwise they would take a brisk walk.
You're always welcome to the U.S.A.
Nancy
