I had problems last year. The arm of chair material fell apart. (I thought it was leather! It was bonded leather) I called City Furniture & they wouldn't do anything. A repair person told me to call the manufacture Mine was Benchmaster.. (their # was on the ticket under seat of the chair)I called - had my receipt of sale- Gave them the numbers off the bottom of the chair. They sent me a new arm! FREE! I will never walk into that store again.
City furniture mis represented the deal, really bad, very evasive, even talking to a "manager" is a waste of time. Delivery persons are bad too,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, very bad and incompetent.
Wish the Village Management would not use them. The vacant building would make a good skating rink and come with a good background of going around in circles and accomplishing nothing.
Bill they should be out of business the worst furniture I have ever bought. We have a new couch it is sagging in the middle they say it is normal wear and tear! I am so mad I might get attorney yeah it might be costly but enough is enough! All I can say Buyer Beware!!!
City furniture apparently stays in business because they supply so much stuff to the Village Model homes.
They lied to us, they have an independent delivery group who are really the bottom of the barrel. Never again with them.
