Can anyone recommend a good professional painter who's reasonable and reliable. Also, where do you get rid of furniture?

Would you send me the name of your cleaning person? I used one company twice - and i was not happy with them. I used a great company Ultrakleanz - a young couple, they did a fabulous job. Unfortunately for me, but not for them, they got full time jobs working for the Villages cleaning homes before closing. Great job for then. After that I tried another company, even my husband thought they did a crappy job...or as he said the place was dirtier after they left. Thanks, Nancy
