I am having a problem charging my ezgo 36 volt 1998 cart. All batteries are showing around 2.6 volts and are only weeks old. I have tried multiple chargers and even tried charging 2 at a time with a 12v charger. The volts continue to remain the same. What other problems might I be having? I am at a loss.
