Bob saw the post on the computer. I believe you could easily clean it up and put in a couple small upgrades that would make it just as fast as new. If you need help. let me know. I could also clone everything (pics, music, etc) onto a new computer if you buy one. mthaney4 @ gmail . com
Not much drawback on the antenna itself, it's what comes after. If you get a channel master recorder (DVR) you can only watch one show while recording another. You can get DVR's with 2 or even four recording channels, but they are expensive and you need a hard wired internet setup to use them. You also need an external hard drive to record shows on. If you're not recording, then an antenna is the way to go. I am dropping DirecTV and going with DISH. Same setup, but exactly 1/2 the cost.

Hello Bob, just saw your message. Obviously I'm not too experienced in navigating this site! He was with WDMCS but before that he was a trooper. Started out at Troop G in Westport then troop G moved to Bridgeport. He retired 2 years ago in May after 25 years. He is now with TD Bank/ fraud investigation. He says he's never worked so hard before... Haha! He is ready to move down to TV but realistically, we still have one in college. She still has 2 years at PennState.
His name is Don Elmendorf. #1104
What is your name?(last name) And where did you live?
That must have been fun traveling for four years in your Monaco. Were you full-timers? We have not been out west with our Entegra yet. We hope to do that when we leave TV in late April or early May. We stayed on the east coast for the most part, because we had to travel in the summer while I was teaching...we love Maine, so we went to Bar Harbor several years in a row, and this August we also had a great time in Petoskey, Michigan. Funny how finding TV changes your plans! I figure half RVing and half TV will be a perfect world for us for awhile!
I did not know you could join without having a bike. Good to know. Also, on November 11th there is going to be a tribute to veterans at Brownwood. Should be wonderful! Nancy & Richard McClintock 1280 Allaire Loop Fernandina
