T&D Screen Enclosures, requested T&D "Screen Enclosures" give me a quote/ estimate to install a Bird Cage/ Masard, they (Kristy Nelson) came looked at the job and said we would hear from them sometime by end of the week. We waited two weeks, called them to ask where was our quote, the sect. said she would leave a message on Kristy's desk and she would call us back ASAP, waited another week, my wife called back and talked to the same sect. who said she was sorry and "THEY DON'T DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT". Waited another week and called D&D construction, they came gave us a quote on the spot, will start work soon as all ARC notifications and NOC request have been returned. This is supposed to be how business is done.
