I spoke to you yesterday about the Love Seat, and made an appointment to see it at approximately 11:30 today; after your husband has some stitch's removed. We measured the area we wanted to put it and realized that it will not fit and look good in that location.

So, we will have to pass on this purchase.

It is a beautiful piece of furniture, and you should have no problem selling it.
