    Villager Dude

It was great seeing you at Buffalo Crossings and hanging out listening to the music. Sorry I had to rush off without saying goodbye as I had a very important call. I hope your Mom is enjoying it there. Keep in touch. I left BC on 9/12 and continuing to make slow progress. Long time before PickleBall for me.

Hello,I read with interest your comments about having a disabled adult child in The Villages. I am in a similar situation. Do you know of a realtor that is fluent in special needs issues, specifically autism spectrum? Thanks in advance for any help you may be willing to give.

We didn't tour Providence as we knew we needed Assisted for my folks. They are moving down from VA this month and will be at SumterPlace.

SumterPlace has a number of independent living residents (The place feels more like a high end hotel than the usual ALF. They are also building SumterGrand which will be a very nice independent living facility. You might want to look at them.

Are you from Sterling? I lived there back in the mid-70s and was married for a while to Kay Gebhardt (SHS class of '60)

On March 15, 2013, I used M&M Services to install an attic stairs. They were running a special on an 8 foot wood ladder for $200. The ladder has a spring so it clioses easier. I am 5 foot tall and I can handle it.

Hi Coni Of course. Where do you live now? Yuu can google Michael Phelps Momentum Swimspa to start with just to see it. It is a top of the line swimspa with propulsion which is better than the wave ones offered but it is very pricey. And it has a lovely hot tub at the other end, we ordered every feature, lights waterfall, stereo, etc...However, we will not have it hooked up or be able to turn it on for you as it will not be filled until we move to TV, probablyt in September or so. But you can see it and the size and quality. It is 19 ft long, 8 ft wide and 4 ft deep. We also ordered the manual lift as they did not recommend the automated one. What are you doing Monday at 1 pm? It is being crane lifted into our birdcage over our home 130 ft. You are welcome to come watch or to come over one day next week after it is placed. You can call me 425 299 6020. I arrive tomorrow afternoon, am flying red eye tonight. Jane
