Beware of Jenkins Kia of Ocala. They steal your trade in and give very poor customer service after they trap you in a lease. I am a single woman and was taken advantage of by Jenkins Hyundai and Jenkins Kia of Ocala.

Has anyone had Sea Bee AC & Heating come out for an air conditioning tune-up. I have a 3 year old cottage. The technician said I needed a new capacitor and contactor as well as a surge protector for my air conditioner. He said if I bought all 3 he would give me a discount. I think I made a wrong decision and went for it thinking I was saving money. I have since found out that I paid the going rate of $500 for the 3 parts. I actually now think the capacitor did not need to be replaced as he took it with him after I asked him for it. Do I have any recourse?

I have a 1998 Nissan Altima GXE with 147,500 miles on it. I am hoping to come down to my home in the Village of Amelia soon. Do you think it's worth shipping a car with 147,500 miles on it. The cost of shipping is about $500. I also need to do some minor repairs on the car of about $500. Am I throwing good money after bad money?

I have a 32" LCD flat screen television which I would like mounted to my wall at my new home in The Village of Amelia. Does anyone know how to do that work and how much it would cost to have my LCD tv mounted on the wall of my livingroom? Please respond. Carol

I just closed on a dream catcher's cottage on June 1 in the Village of Amelia. I'm wondering if I need to hire someone to mow my lawn right away as I'm still in Massachusetts getting prepared for my full-time move to The Villages. How fast does the grass grow down there. It's not like the grass in Massachusetts. Can you recommend someone who is reasonable and does a good job and is honest? Carol

We purchased an Iris model. No we haven't been in TV during June, July and August, but we now live in Charleston, SC. It does get hot & humid here and you do get used to it. You learn what not to do during the hottest time of the day. Bottom line, it sure beats shoveling snow and driving on icy roads in the winter, which I lived with the first 56 years living in the Phila. area.
We close on June 4th and will be there between the 14th and 19th. Can't wait to be permanently. Hope to meet you sometime. George & Wilma
