Hey Frank, is it rebuilt yet?

Frank, I think we have a problem here. I just took the cart down the road, and noticed it was slower than my old motor, I also noticed that is was dirty, couldn't see it that well, will jack it up tomorrow afternoon and get under it. Now this was to be a new rebuilt, not a used, am I right there? I also want to know if my old motor but out more, whatever its called, than this one. if that were the case, and my old is a better motor, i thought you said i could get rebuilt for the same price $150. You also never told me you would keep my old motor, i thought I was getting it back. Paul
