haven't been here for awhile... we lived on the 1400 block of cleveland right across from the olivet. We moved from there when I was in 3rd grade maybe 56 or 57. My uncle lived across from st mikes on cleveland last name was lombardo

Hi Franny, I just noticed your post in the "Chicago Natives" group. I see you grew up on Cleveland Ave. and went to St. Mikes. I started this group about 3 years ago before I got down here to TV. I am so happy too be down here. I too went to St. Mikes. growing up and my grandparents lived on Cleveland Ave on the 1800 block. I had another set of grandparents that lived on the 1700 block of Mohawk St., and I lived on the 1400 block of Larrabee St. When were you in St. Mikes? I was in the grade school from 1950 to 1958. One of the guys I went to school with and was one of my old pals was Dennis Farina, who is now a movie and TV star. Although I haven't seen him since I was about 13 years old. Who knows we might have gone to school together, or perhaps you went to school with one of my brothers or sister? Are you in The Villages? My wife and I live in Belle Aire.
