We live right near you in Buckingham, Pa. A retirement place called Buckingham
Springs. Have settlement 10-1 & leaving for TV same day. Can't wait.
We will have to rent till we find a home. Hope it's fast.

Hi Mar/Bob,

Pinellas is a great location and lots of friendly neighbors. Pinellas is close to the new supermarket Sweetbay as well as many other stores. The bank is also close as well as the library. Pinneals is less than 10 min cart ride to Brownwood and just over 10 min cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing. We are from Yardley,Pa. What part of Pa are you from? All the places in the villages are very nice and we have rented numerous times, but my wife and I wanted a new home for our new adventure and we couldn't be happier with our choice! There's still one house on Yearling way for sale which is just a few houses away from us. We could be neighbors!
