Did you pay for and reserve off airport parking..during the Xmas holidays at OMNI PARKING ...get there and was told IT WAS FULL?

I was turned away even those I had a printed receipt for my reservation made 45 days earlier....So frustrated as my credit card was carded $35...but with limited spaces at the airport and now late for my flight....I was forced into daily to make my plane and the whopping bill was almost 10x more.

Curious on what your plan of action is as I am still simmering mad...the company had my email/phone and didn't attempt to alert me. The line behind me of 10 folks were also turned away and I am sure that was just the tip of the iceberg.
