Crimped water line replacement - do I need a plumber?
I want to replace my refrigerator and would like to change out the plastic water line with one of those braided ones that has less chance of leaking. Unfortunately, TV saved money by using the cheap crimped connector at the wall with the pop up/down flow control. I want to replace this with a plain old on/off faucet and connector. I don't mind doing my own work but wonder if this is something I would be better of having a plumber do? Anybody done this themselves? Sometimes, the little things done to save time/money when they built are a real pain!
