You are right about being able to enjoy your interests while we are still young. well, somewhat..Young at heart !!!

I hope to visit the Villages again this summer! We have booked a cruise for August...Hopefully we can get down to TV some time before that...

I will be in touch about having you do a Market Analysis on our home..

The thought of moving so far from the family, I have to say does scare me!

Hi Jeann, sorry to take so long to get back to you. I work for Heritage House Sothebys. We have 5 offices in Monmouth County. I would welcome the opportunity to give you a Comparative Market Analysis on your home right now. My e-mail is and my cell No. is 732-778-8440.
Now that we have a contract on the house, I have to tell you, it is very liberating. We are so excited to be moving forward with our dream of living in The Villages. We also have 5 grandchildren here in NJ. We plan to see them as often as possible using skype. Four of them are 6 years old now and they are getting older and involved with sports and friends. The 3 year old is the hardest, but, you know, it is our time to have a lifestyle. We raised our 3 sons here in Howell, NJ and we did everything with them. We want to enjoy our interests while we are young enough to do so! Not to even talk about the SAVINGS!! Keep writing, Judy Wall

Yes, well I guess the first time home buyer is out there now with the mortgage rates being low as they are now.Good luck with your house sale..

We are right near the Monmouth University in West Long Branch..

We just had the house appraised..So, right now we are curious as to what the Market Value would be.Since it was appraised for less than it was 4 years ago.I will keep you posted as to what we decide to do...What realtor are you with?

So, Judy tell me what you think about living in the Villages?I loved it when we visited in 2008..As far as living there I would really miss my children and we have 5 grandchildren that all live here in jersey. It is a big step But, not an impossible one..

My wife is not on TOTV, she says when do I have time. She will eventually get on, in the mean time she can talk thru my account. TV did not list our home.My wife is a realtor and listed thru her broker. Here's JUdy!!!! Hi Jeann. If you are really serious about selling, there is no better time than right now. Mortgage rates are low, and buyers are out trying to buy a house before April 30th to get a tax credit. If you wait until the spring, you will miss a HOT market right now. Perfect example, we had our house on the market for several months. Since 2010, we have had more people come through than all that time, and we ended up with a great contract. Mortgage rates will definitely go up in March, and buyers will slow down because they get nervous. I don't know where your house is, but I would welcome the opportunity to help you anyway I can. Now.... back to Pete!

My wife and I live in Howell,NJ and have been to TV 3 times. We are in the process of selling our house, which has been on the market since Apr. 2009. We are now in contract and hope to be out of here by Apr.15. We will rent for a while to give us a chance to shop the available homes in TV. I hope we can stay in touch and meet some time in the future in TV.
