Looking for a real Good Whole House water treatment system to replace my old unit. I currently have Glazer Whole House water system.

There is an issue with Deed Restriction's enforcement. A neighbor park this large and tall utility trailer last Tuesday in front of there house but close to my driveway. I call after 3 days about it and they sent a person out and the trailer is still park on the street. NOTHING DONE - Called today and the girl at the code enforcement office look up what happen and told me that the code enforcement officer said there nothing wrong with the trailer left in the street. It can stay there forever as far as she concern.
NO ENFORCEMENT AT ALL "Maybe she knows the people that own the trailer in the Village of Amelia!
This is an issue backing out of my driveway. Any thoughts on what to do?
