Regarding Amendment 3: Whether we like it or not....Marijuana is here to stay. My main concern is marijuana laced with fentanyl or other drugs. Marijuana is not fatal unless it is laced with some other drugs usually from China or Mexico. In California where marijuana is legal and sold in licensed dispensaries, it is tested by an independent lab at the dispensary's expense. In Florida much of the weed is sold on the black market and the actual content of the weed is unknown. This is what will cause death and serious addiction. I want marijuana to be legalized so that the black market can be better controlled and hopefully eliminated. If we do not legalize it....it will still be here but much more dangerous.
