OkI recently had to actually go into the local branch of Citizens First Bank on a couple occasions. As a result I'm wondering why so many residents feel it is necessary to go inside for the smallest of transactions, and why almost none of you make out your own deposit or withdrawal slips. Making the tellers do it for you is inconsiderate to the teller and the people waiting behind you. This also applies to those of you who use the drive thru as well. I know the bank doesn't require you to as an effort to supply extraordinary customer service but it is not extraordinary to the people waiting in line or sitting in their cars for extended lengths of time. Then to top it off after making the teller do the work for you they have to hear you complain that it took too long. With all there is to do in the Villages why don't you figure out how to do your banking and pay your mortgage on line and spend your valuable retirement time elsewhere. Just a thought.
