I just purchased a home in The Villages and am not very happy with the listing realtor. We did a walk through the day before we signed the papers at the title company. We moved things we wanted from the garage, into the house, and asked the realtor to remove the things that were in the garage. Also, we did not receive anything for the house at closing. No keys, no garage door code or working garage door remote, nothing. We called our realtor and she tried to get ahold of the listing realtor and he did not answer. Finally our realtor gave us the code to the realtor's lock on the house. When we entered, we saw that everything from the garage that we had put in the house was gone! I was so upset! I called the listing realtor and he said that the property belonged to the owner so he removed it. Wouldn't the offer to purchase include everything we saw at the house unless it was excluded? Did anyone else ever have this problem?
